Dr. Silvia Pilar Castro Borrego

Dr. Silvia Pilar Castro Borrego is a lecturer in North American literature and the literature of the African Diaspora at the University of Málaga (Spain). Her research interests cover issues of wholeness and identity in Black literatures and African American Studies in Europe.

Dr. María Isabel Romero Ruiz

Dr. Maria Isabel Romero Ruiz is currently a Lecturer in Social History and Cultural Studies at the University of Málaga (Spain). She has specialised in the social and cultural history of deviant women and children in Victorian England, although her research interests have since expanded to contemporary gender and sexual identity issues.

Dr. Juan Antonio Perles Rochel

Dr. Juan Antonio Perles is currently the Vice-chancellor of Student Affairs at the University of Málaga (Spain). He is also a senior lecturer in North American Literature and his research interests include: Contemporary Chicano Literature and Minority Literatures.

Dr. Inmaculada Pineda Hernández

Dr. Inmaculada Pineda is a lecturer in US History at the University of Málaga (Spain). She is currently doing research on contemporary African American drama, particularly focusing on counter-hegemonic theatrical strategies by black feminist playwrights.
